HANDS-ON ENGINEERING WORKSHOP

Explore the world of engineering through fun, interactive projects like building bridges, designing catapults, and creating your own carnival games! No experience needed. Book Release Party

Join local author, Millie Florence, for an evening of whimsical fun celebrating the release of her newest book! “Beyond Mulberry Glen” is a middle-grade fairytale fantasy about a young girl who faces dark, mysterious magic to save her family; perfect for readers 8-13! Millie will discuss her writing journey from publishing her first book at age 13 to today. There will be crafts, a book signing, an author Q&A, and a live reading of the book!

BAD ART NIGHT

What is Bad Art Night? A silly, surprising, and highly creative atmosphere with no pressure to make something “good”. A freestyle craft event for ages 5-12. Participants can create their project (sculptures, drawings, collages, etc.) and in the final minutes we’ll set up a Bad Art Exhibition. Everyone can browse and cast their votes. The winner will receive a tacky trophy!
